Seeking a Programmer/Analyst/Trainer to become an integral part of a team. Position
involves analyzing client needs and data to understand their business and overall market
trends, in order to increase their efficiency and productivity.
Company is a highly successful, local System Reseller and Implementor - an expanding
company with an office on the Eastside.
Responsibilities:
- Use analytical skills to understand client business patterns and trends
- Analyze internal and external data to create and implement reliable and efficient application software
- Install Package and Custom software at Client site - including training
- Promote best practices in all software creation and implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internal and external
- Work with clients to determine needs and transform them into working modules
- Able to travel - extensively for some months; less for most months
- Create clear and concise documentation
- Self-starter or Team member as required by current task.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in business analysis and complete application software development
- Knowledge of contemporary software tools and business reporting
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Detailed knowledge of MultiValue technology
- Solid, practical experience with .NET and VP essential
- Some help desk experience
- Excellent oral skills as Presentation and Training are requirements for this position
- Good communication skills at all levels
- 5+ years of detailed practical experience
- Impeccable personal background
- Willing and able to learn quickly
- Reliabel personal traits including timekeeping
